Rooted Performance starts with the person beneath the athlete. The work is grounded in trust, autonomy, individuality, and authentic growth. Athletes are not treated as problems to fix, but as humans learning how to perform, adapt, and grow.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) provides structure through awareness, reframing, self-talk, and skill-building. ACT (Acceptance-Commitment Therapy) provides flexibility through mindfulness, acceptance, values, and committed action when pressure, mistakes, and discomfort show up.
Performance = Skill × Willingness
The goal is not to feel perfect. The goal is to act with purpose while carrying the moment.

Mental Performance Consultant
Logan helps athletes, performers, teams, and high achievers build the mental roots beneath performance. His work focuses on confidence, pressure response, emotional regulation, focus, self-talk, mindfulness, and value-driven action.
His approach is personal, practical, and human. Rather than trying to remove pressure, mistakes, nerves, or discomfort, Logan helps people build the willingness and tools to carry those moments while still acting in accordance with their authentic self.
